But now Denmark is trying to secure a special exception, allowing the mink industry to continue here. This would undermine the entire purpose of the EU’s decision.

How the fur industry treats animals
Fur isn’t just for new expensive coats. Millions of mink, foxes, raccoon dogs, raccoons, and rabbits — as well as dogs and cats — are killed every year so we can decorate our hoods and boots with fur and put fur pom-poms on our hats.
