PLANTESPRINGET?
Plantespringet is a time-limited campaign where your company or cafeteria makes a real impact on the climate while inspiring your diners and chefs. During the campaign, both chefs and guests learn just how exciting plant-based food can be.
For some kitchens, serving much more plant-based food can be a big change. Don’t worry—we provide learning materials and recipes so your chef feels fully prepared. If extra support is needed, we offer one hour of coaching with a plant-based chef.
Want to showcase your effort to the public? Perfect. When you join Plantespringet, you get the chance to invite press visits and share how your institution or organization is driving climate goals and helping the planet. Taking this leap together is a story worth telling.

How soon can we start, and what planning is required?
We support your process throughout the campaign to ensure success at your site. With easy recipes, solid advice, and coaching by a plant-based chef, we make it easy for chefs and guests to make a difference.
Do we get help?
When you sign up, you receive logos, campaign materials, and support to activate your participation in press, social media, and physical materials in your cafeteria.
Can we use your logo and campaign materials?
A 100% plant-based diet makes it easy to serve food without many exceptions or special dishes. plant-based food contains no lactose, eggs, pork, cholesterol, fish, or shellfish. Recipes can be adapted to also exclude nuts and gluten if needed.
What about allergies, special diets, and religious considerations?
You can join for as long as you want, but we recommend one month for the best story, impact in the kitchen, and with your guests. We understand cafeterias have different needs, so let's discuss your options.
