ABOUT THE RECORDINGS

All footage in the video Meet Your Meat shows Danish conditions. They originate from access to documents from the Danish EPA and the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, TV news reports and private recordings.

The vast majority of the recordings were made in Denmark, but in a few cases we have had to use recordings from other countries due to photo rights. In these cases, we show footage where the conditions are identical to Danish practices and production methods. This concerns the gassing of pigs, the slaughter of chickens and a few sequences with the slaughter of cows.

Agriculture has not wanted to give permission for animal rights organizations to use a number of recordings in the film "Mød Dit Kød". However, the footage is available to private users on YouTube, which is why we can show it here.
