Since 2008, Dyrenes Alliance, together with Anima and other Fur Free Alliance member associations, has been pushing to engage fashion chains in conversations about their reckless use of fur.

The list of fur-free brands in Denmark now includes more than 200 named brands. Our fight continues and we won't rest until all brands are added to this list!

It's no secret that animals on fur farms live in poor and unacceptable conditions and have limited ability to perform even their most basic behaviours. But there is hope! An increasing number of countries are adopting fur-free policies, while the demand for fur has dropped significantly. Through activism, dialogue and campaigning, consumers around the world are turning their backs on fur because they realize that no animal should be confined for their entire lives.
